The information we collect and what we do with it
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Kosea and stored for 7 years, and deleted after that.

The data that is processed is personal data that you provide to us, when you complete a purchase, register for our newsletter, or use services on our website

Personal data that you provide to us and that we process can e.g. be your name, address, social security number, mobile and telephone number and e-mail address.

We use the information we collect for, among other things: statistics, accounting and handling of complaints, returns, etc.

Shopify
We use Shopify Inc. as our e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. Your data is stored securely with them and they use a firewall to protect it. We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for each purpose.

When you choose direct payment to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. This data is encrypted according to the PCI-DSS standards. We only retain data from the purchase transaction for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

How long do we save the personal data?
Unless we are required by law, we will not retain your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
Personal data that we process to keep statistics is processed until relevant accounting material has been deleted, more specifically for seven years. As accounting material must be saved for as long as the Accounting Act found in ch. 7.

Your rights
You have many rights related to your personal data so if:

- To receive information about certain details about the processing of your data
- To receive a copy of the personal data we process about you.
- To correct the personal data we process about you if you see that it is incorrect
- To delete your personal data. In some legal cases such as accounting and tax legislation, this can be an obstacle. In such cases, we block the data we are obliged to save from being able to use for other purposes

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes, but it is always the customer's responsibility to stay up to date.

If we are acquired or merged with another company, your data may be transferred to the new company. However, we will continue to protect your privacy according to our updated privacy policy
