The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) with Kosea, (“Kosea”, “us” or “we”) on koseashop.com (“the website”).

By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing your order on koseashop.com.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary, and therefore the customer is advised to take note of them with each purchase.

Terms and Conditions
By accepting the terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your guardian's permission-

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

Prices and fees
The prices listed on koseashop.com include VAT and exclude shipping costs. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including VAT and shipping costs.

Order and delivery
Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation, provided you have provided us with your email address. It is also important that the delivery address is correct and complete.

Our delivery is between 1-3 working days, and we only offer delivery in Sweden.

We always pack your order the same day or the next day (weekdays), as far as possible.

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund that amount using the same payment method you used to place the order.

Package not collected
If you do not pick up the goods, we may charge you for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.

If you cancel a purchase after it has been sent, you must collect the package and then return it. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as not collected and charged accordingly.

Transport
We send all packages with Postnord.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify our customer service as soon as it is discovered. When contacting customer service, please include your name and order number, and a detailed description of the problem.

Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@koseashop.com, state your request with order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping slip, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
For refunds, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Kosea reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.

If you want a new item, you must place a new order.

Product fault/complaint
If you have not received what you ordered or if you have received a defective product, you are asked to immediately inform our customer service of obvious material defects in delivered goods. This also applies to transport damage.

When contacting customer service (info@koseashopcom), please include your name and order number, and a detailed description of the problem.

Personal data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

We at Kosea care about your personal privacy and the right to control your personal data. As a customer, you have rights according to the Personal Data Act GDPR to request a register extract to be able to see what information is registered about you and you can also request that the information be corrected or deleted.
